• How much do your tattoos cost? Scarlett’s rate is $150/hr of tattooing time. In this price the custom drawing is included in the cost. There is a $100/minimum and deposits vary from $50-$100. The deposit is removed from the final cost of your piece and includes a scheduled appointment date & time as well as pre-appointment art review.

What information do I need to include for a booking? 

  1. Please include your name & contact information, 
  2. your idea for your design, 
  3. any reference images that inspired you,
  4. if you're looking for illustration style(linework only) black and grey or color for your piece
  5. images of any pre-existing tattoos to be worked around
  6. A desired budget if you're looking to stick to one 
  7. and approximate size

  • Where are you currently located? Raincity Tattoo 9737 Mudbay Rd. #102 Ketchikan Alaska 99901 down the hill passed the North end pot shop in the commercial strip buildings. Raincity is a private, by appointment only studio.

  • Do You do Coverups? - every tattoo concept varies, while Scarlett does take on coverups, not every pre-existing tattoo is suitable for a cover. Please reach out to her with pictures of your existing piece and your idea/concept and we can discuss realistic options.

  • Do you Do Touchups? - Aftercare is a crucial part of a tattoo healing to look the best it can be, please take proper care of your tattoos as touchups are not free and a charged the same as the hourly rate. * I reccomend adding any touchups to the end of your next regular session for the best savings *

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and ensure I am not out free drawing time if you decide not to follow through with your piece. If you need to re-schedule please do so in as advance as possible. * NO SHOW NO CALLS will require an additional deposit to re-book.

What do I need to bring for my appointment? - VALID ID REQUIRED - Alaska is an 18+ only state, You must be over 18 to get a tattoo. Please wear comfortable appropriate clothing needed to acess the area to be tattooed, dark colors are reccomended as they may get stained with ink in the process. You may want to bring headphones, snacks & water. Depending on the placement you may consider bringing a clean blanket to help stay warm, this is AK afterall! Bringing a vistior for support is okay, however forewarning they may not want to stay and watch the whole time as there is not much else ‘to do’.

What Payment do you accept? I accept Cash and Credit Cards via square. Sales Tax is included in Cash Prices as a discount incentive. A 2.5% service fee is added to creditcard sales. Payment is totaled and due upon checkout after the completion of your session based on your deposit and final length of appointment needed.
